We offer free shipping on all orders.
Proof of postage will be obtained.

Do you deliver internationally?
We don't offer international shipping.
What happens if my order is delayed?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
Please note that at some time of the year shipping can see some delays. Although we hope items will arrive within 5 to 7 working days ,we can not guarantee postal time on delivery.
Packing
Bags are packed folded flat. In the event of any creases,these can easily be removed with an iron.

RETURN POLICY

RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within 15 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item please email customer service at thelittlesewingwheel@yahoo.com to obtain a return merchandise authorisation . After receiving the return merchandise authorisation, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to us.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 5 working days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
